Crafted from select lightweight North American maple, these 7A sticks deliver swift bounce, articulate cymbal articulation, and effortless acoustic control for intricate patterns and extended practice sessions.
Milled from premium maple timber, offering a noticeably lighter feel than standard hickory for fast, fatigue-free playing.
Shapes rich, focused tones on cymbals with smooth stick articulation across all acoustic drumhead surfaces.
Engineered with a progressive taper that shifts balance slightly back, ensuring lightning-quick recovery on ghost notes.
Excellent dynamic sensitivity for jazz trios, worship sets, orchestral rehearsals, and controlled studio sessions.
Coated with a breathable micro-thin natural lacquer that prevents splintering and absorbs palm perspiration during sets.
Electronically sorted and matched pair-by-pair to eliminate pitch variation and uneven tactile feedback between hands.
The Maple Light 7A Drumsticks represent the ultimate solution for drummers seeking agility, sensitivity, and effortless touch behind the kit. Maple naturally yields a lower density than dense hickory woods, allowing us to maintain a full 7A diameter while drastically cutting down moving mass. This creates an exceptionally nimble stick profile ideal for intricate ghost note textures, speedy ride cymbal patterns, and soft acoustic settings.
Every pair is lathed with high precision down to tight manufacturing tolerances before undergoing laser pitch-matching. The medium-long taper provides a lively rebound from drumheads and practice pads alike, meaning your wrists expend less effort to produce rapid single-stroke rolls and delicate cymbal swells. The carved wood teardrop tip extracts bright, clean ping responses from both vintage Turkish bronze and modern cymbal alloys.
Finished with a tactile natural lacquer, these sticks resist sweat slipping while maintaining wood breathability. Whether you are performing in a quiet coffeehouse jazz ensemble, recording nuanced snare tracks in the studio, or woodshedding complex rudiments at home, the Maple Light 7A gives you unmatched acoustic nuance and control.
